STAFF

Our staff is fully trained, insured, bonded and all come with years of cleaning experience prior to working at Atlas Cleaning Services. We do assign the same crew to your home without you having to request them. If you prefer a different crew, we will be happy to accomodate your request.

KEYS

Do I need to be at home when Alu Maid Services come to clean my house?

Most clients are present for the initial cleaning to provide guidelines for our maids; but certainly you do not have to be there. You can leave the house after letting the maids in and giving them directions or you can even send your keys to us. Our maids are highly professional and trustworthy; you can feel safe with us. If you prefer not to leave your keys, special accommodations can be made.

SUPPLIES

Do the maids come with their own supplies and do I need to provide equipment?

We supply basic equipment such as mops, wipes, cleaning solutions and vacuum cleaners. If you prefer for us to use your products and equipment, simply let our staff know while placing your order.

PAYMENT

How do I get billed and pay for services?

We charge by the hour per person. We will only perform the amount of hours approved by the client. You will never be over billed. We accept cash, checks visa or mastercard at this time. Please make check payable to "Alu Maid Services".

PETS

I have pets. Is that OK?

Yes. For safety reasons, please keep any dogs in a different room or securely away from any of the staff while cleaning.

CANCEL NOTICE

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We kindly ask for a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice to avoid a $40 fee.
